Posted on 26/01/2018 by Randy Harris

Fall and winter are the very challenging times when it comes to maintaining g style and keeping out the cold. When in the trenches of winter and fall, it’s time to clear up some space in the closets for coats and capes. As a trendy woman, you have to figure out the essential ones and the ones to keep aside. Having in mind that you want to stay free of wardrobe malfunction, deciding which ones to keep and which one to lose is challenging. Designers made a perfect breakthrough with designer capes.

General information

Designer capes

CapeCapes have been in women’s dressing for a long time now. Artists make an effort every year to come up with new styles. The truth is, designer capes will never go out of fashion. Looking for new ways to wear the capes, is the best way to maintain glamor

Types of Designer capes

There are many types of designer capes. The models are based on the height, size, and material of the mantle. We have waist long capes, knee-length capes. Long cloaks are going up to the ankles and wraps that are way above the waist. A must-have in a woman’s wardrobe should be at least one type of the capes. To be safe, consider each wrap in size and length.

How to wear capes

Capes are the ideal outwear in the closets because they can be worn with virtually everything. They are also suitable for every occasion. Designers have tried in making capes that are suitable for various occasions. Street styles advocate for capes to go with trousers. The trousers can either be jeans and skinnies paired boots. A chic waist long cape can be worn with skinnies and booties. A wool cape will look stunning when paired with a turtleneck sweater. The duffel-style cape is worn with a dress and a pair of boots. A coat cape design can be accessorized with sunglasses.

Why is it a must have

Cape designThe top reason here is, of course, they never go out of fashion. Capes are there for any occasion. They are unique and give your dressing an original look. Most people are afraid to wear capes in the streets only because people seldom wear them.

If you don t have a cape for the cold season try getting one and wear it on the streets, and you won’t regret it. A piece of cloth rarely goes out of fashion, what matters is how you wear it. A morning in winter can be confusing, you will never be sure if the day will be cold or just chilly. A designer cape is, therefore, a savior.
